We provide one to one care and support, maintaining the peace of mind and a higher degree of independence; thus, encouraging our clients to remain in their own home for longer as they wish.

Palliative Care at Home
Some people or clients with terminal illnesses prefer being cared for at their own homes with their family members for their last days while receiving round the clock end of life care. Our palliative care givers move into the home of the person they are caring and supporting with their expertise skills and understanding of what a distressing and fearful time it can be. They work closely with GPC's district nurses and palliative medical team to provide emotional support, practical help thus making it possible for someone to die at home peacefully and painlessly.
