Our palliative care givers move into the home of the person they are caring and supporting with their expertise skills and understanding of what a distressing and fearful time it can be. They work closely with GPC's district nurses and palliative medical team to provide emotional support, practical help thus making it possible for someone to die at home peacefully and painlessly.
